1:1 Photography Mentorships

Anytime I have been to a photography workshop, I've always yearned for more one-on-one time with the instructor, and more hands-on learning.  My solution to helping other photographers without sacrificing my shoot time is my customized 1-day intensive one-on-one workshop. If you are ready to catapult your boudoir business in the right direction, this is for you!  

There is SO MUCH to learn about building your photography business -- the photography technicals, finding your style, gaining clients, giving your clients a rave-worthy experience, the psychology behind a boudoir shoot, the psychology of being a female small business owner, navigating social media, and all of the business nitty gritty you will find yourself doing (to name a few!). I have mentored with some of the best boudoir photographers in the business and educated myself on it all and I LOVE to share the wealth of knowledge to help my fellow photographers.

We will discuss your business as it is now, as well as where you want it to be.  I'll do a review of your website, social media, and portfolio and create an action plan for you to improve all of those facets of your business.  Other topics could include posing, wardrobe, photo essentials, the psychology of boudoir, client experience, workflow, pricing & sales, post-processing, maximizing productivity, work-life balance and portfolio building. You tell me what you are struggling with the most and I will customize the mentorship to best suit your needs. If you're able to travel to New York for your mentorship, we can also shoot a model together - I will explain my processes and will direct you through the shoot.  Then you will be able to use any images you take on your website - instant portfolio building! You even have the option to add on your own shoot experience for an additional fee. That will put you in the passenger seat for an actual boudoir shoot to learn even more about the process of shooting boudoir (and you’ll get some kick-ass images as a bonus!)

For those unable to travel, we are able to arrange a long-distance mentorship with the help of video chats, emails, and phone calls. 

I can only take a very limited number of mentor partnerships each year. My all day one-on-one workshop is $2500 and can be broken down into 4 payments of $625. It can be split by up to 2 photographers.  Mentorships are available only to photographers NOT in the New York City area.  The shoot add-on is $500 additional. 

While my work continues to evolve and improve, I believe my passion for learning, my understanding of women and my love of providing outstanding customer service are what have made my business flourish.
